    Refunds are processed only if no documents or services have been delivered or initiated.

    Once a visa application process has been initiated and documents have been prepared, all service fees become non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. This includes but is not limited to:

    Visa consultation and documentation services

    Flight and hotel reservation services

    Cover letters, travel itineraries, and other support documents

    Application form filling and submission guidance.

  3. ย Processing Time & Delays
    While we aim to deliver documents promptly, no refund will be issued due to delays caused by the embassy, courier services, or incomplete documentation from the clientโ€™s side.
  4. Duplicate Payments
    In case of a duplicate transaction, please contact us with proof of payment. After verification, a full refund of the duplicate amount will be issued.
  5. Chargebacks & Disputes
    If you have concerns regarding our service, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
