Refunds are processed only if no documents or services have been delivered or initiated.

Once a visa application process has been initiated and documents have been prepared, all service fees become non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. This includes but is not limited to:Visa consultation and documentation services
Flight and hotel reservation services
Cover letters, travel itineraries, and other support documents
Application form filling and submission guidance.

While we aim to deliver documents promptly, no refund will be issued due to delays caused by the embassy, courier services, or incomplete documentation from the clientโs side. - Duplicate Payments
In case of a duplicate transaction, please contact us with proof of payment. After verification, a full refund of the duplicate amount will be issued. - Chargebacks & Disputes
